Deciding to list my home for sale was easy compared with deciding who to list it with. I knew hiring the right agent was one of the most important things I needed to do, but I was not sure who to hire. Everyone knows an agent they want to recommend to you, but I wanted to make sure I chose a true professional. After reading through many recent reviews from sellers and checking out some articles about the top teams in Naperville, I interviewed a couple of realtors. Once in a lifetime experience! We are convinced that there is no real estate agent like Ginny! We are first home buyers and we had a bit of a complicated situation with the home search since we were moving from New York City to Naperville. One of our biggest fears was the fact that we would not be able to react on time and that the houses that we like would go off the market by the time we get to see them. With the current market, houses were sold in a matter of hours. Ginny suggested that we should visit Naperville and she will take care of showing us the houses that will give us the best picture of what we should look online since we were not familiar with the area at all. Once in a lifetime experience! We are convinced that there is no real estate agent like Ginny! We are first home buyers and we had a bit of a complicated situation with the home search since we were moving from New York City to Naperville.
